Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for energetic Sales Executives to find and win new investors, start SIP and lump sum investments that suit each client's goals, and build long-term client relationships. You will get full product training and a clear growth path into relationship management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, local networking, visits to offices and housing societies, investor-awareness events and company leads.
- Meet prospective clients daily in the field or at the branch and explain mutual funds and SIPs in simple language.
- Convert leads into new SIPs, lump sum investments , IMP and PMS .
- Complete risk profiling before recommending any product, and recommend only schemes that fit the client's goals and risk profile.
- Stay in regular touch with clients, handle SIP stop, pause and redemption requests promptly, and support portfolio reviews
- Follow SEBI and AMFI codes of conduct: no assured-return promises, no mis-selling, no cash collection
- Update the CRM/MIS daily .
