Position Details:

• Designation: Sales Executive
• Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
• Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
• Work Mode: Onsite
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Including Saturdays & Sundays)
• Weekly Off: Monday or Tuesday
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Make outbound calls to the assigned customer database to generate revenue and expand the customer base.
• Handle Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Domestic Calling, Outbound/Cold Calling, and Customer Relationship Management.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communicate customer queries to relevant stakeholders.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while achieving assigned business goals.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Language Proficiency:

• Kannada (Mandatory)
• English
• Hindi (Preferred)
• SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and customer-focused approach.
