Job Description
Key Responsibilities
•
Customer payment follow-ups and coordination
•
Preparing and sending quotations and proforma invoices to customers
•
Customer coordination for order status and documentation
•
Vendor coordination for purchase and office requirements
•
Arranging service technicians as needed
•
Following up on quotations and enquiries
•
Dispatch coordination, documentation, and status updates till payment
•
Daily sales coordination and support to the sales team
•
Handling India MART enquiries and maintaining data sheets
•
Collecting new leads from the website (company details), sending introduction mails, following up, and sharing information with the sales team
•
Maintaining and updating data sheets for new customers, existing customers, and the sales team’s daily site visits
•
Generating sales through phone follow-ups and converting walk-in enquiries at the office
Requirements
•
Active, proactive, and confident communicator
•
Mandatory languages: Hindi, English, and Kannada
•
Experience: 0–2 years
Compensation
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience.
