Job Description
Coordinate with the sales team to process orders, prepare quotations, and ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
Maintain customer records, track order status, and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and support the team with data analysis, follow-ups, and documentation.
Liaise with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time deliveries.
Assist the sales team in achieving business targets by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring prompt customer communication.
