Retail Sales Executive

HunyHuny is looking for a smart and energetic Retail Sales Executive for our JP Nagar Bangalore store. You will welcome parents, show them our premium baby furniture and baby transport products, and manage daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sales: Drive sales and do cross selling, smart enough to increase the purchase value.

·       Customer Service: Greet walk-in parents, understand their needs, and guide them to choose the best product as per their need.

·       Product Demonstrations: Explain and demonstrate features and safety standards of items like cots, cribs, strollers, Prams, High Chairs, etc.

·       Sales Targets: Drive in-store sales, upsell items, and work to meet monthly goals.

·       Billing & POS: Handle counter billing, point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and the cash register.

·       Store Maintenance: Manage visual displays, track stock inventory levels and all end to end store operations.

·       Support: Answer customer questions and help coordinate enquires and after-sales service.

·       Regularly cordinate with support team.

Requirements & Skills:

·     Experience: 2 years to 6 years of experience in retail or counter sales.

·       Education: 12th pass or higher qualification.

·       Communication: Excellent communication skills with a warm, approachable personality for parents.

·       Languages: Kannada, English and Basic Hindi

·       Core Skills: Customer handling, product demonstrations, and inventory or computer/POS knowledge.

·       Work Schedule: 6 days working (11AM to 9PM).
