Maintain a database of researched products, treatments, machines and vendors.

Coordinate with doctors before recommending any new treatment, product or procedure.

Prepare simple research reports and presentations for management.

Verify information from reliable medical/scientific sources before presenting it.

Track new developments and trends in the aesthetic and wellness industry.

Research patient requirements, preferences and emerging treatment demands.

Support the marketing team with accurate treatment information and educational content.

Collect competitor information and prepare periodic comparison reports.

Research potential suppliers, distributors and manufacturers when required.

Coordinate with vendors to obtain product catalogues, quotations, technical details and samples.

Maintain records of vendor contacts and product information.

Support the clinic in evaluating new machines and equipment.

Research treatment protocols and required consumables, subject to doctor/management approval.

Maintain proper documentation of all research activities.

Ensure confidential clinic and patient information is not shared externally.

Attend training sessions and industry-related seminars/webinars when required.

Submit daily/weekly/monthly research updates to management.

Take up additional research assignments given by management.

Follow clinic SOPs, professional standards and management instructions.
