Job Title: Relationship Manager – Home Loans
Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka- Adugodi, Kaikondrahalli (Sarjapur Road), Thubrahalli,Bommasandra
Department: Sales / Banking & Financial Services (BFSI)
Experience: 6 months – 5 years
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate
Salary: Upto 4.5LPA (With a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience)
Job Description
Looking for a customer-focused Relationship Manager to generate home loan business, develop long-term business relationships and support customers throughout the loan process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate home loan leads.
- Build relationships with referral partners and other business sources.
- Understand customer requirements and explain home loan products and eligibility.
- Coordinate documentation, KYC and loan application processing.
- Follow up with customers and internal teams on loan applications.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or postgraduate in any stream.
- +4 years of sales experience.
- Experience in home loans, banking, financial services or other sales domains is relevant.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Two-wheeler required
