Job Description
1. Inspect and monitor civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications and company quality standards.
2. Conduct quality checks at major construction stages:
* Excavation & foundation
* PCC & RCC works
* Reinforcement & shuttering
* Blockwork
* Plastering
* Waterproofing
* Flooring & tiling
* Painting and finishing works
3. Check the quality of construction materials before and during usage.
4. Identify workmanship issues, defects and deviations at site.
5. Ensure proper execution methods are followed by Site Engineers and workers.
6. Maintain quality checklists, inspection reports and NCRs wherever required.
7. Monitor corrective actions and ensure defects are rectified properly.
8. Conduct regular quality inspections across Bangalore projects.
9. Maintain photo documentation of quality issues and rectification work.
10. Verify work against approved drawings, BOQ and specifications.
11. Conduct stage-wise inspections before the next activity is started.
12. Submit daily quality reports and weekly quality summaries to management.
13. Identify recurring quality issues and recommend corrective measures.
