Project Coordinator

Coordinate day-to-day activities across multiple residential construction projects.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, Structural Engineers, contractors, and vendors.

Monitor project progress against planned schedules and timelines.

Follow up with site teams regarding work progress, materials, manpower, and pending activities.

Maintain project-related documents, drawings, reports, approvals, and records.

Coordinate material requirements and follow up with the purchase and procurement teams.

Track project milestones, deadlines, and critical activities.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly project progress reports.

Identify delays, site issues, and coordination gaps and escalate them to the concerned manager.

Ensure the latest drawings and instructions are communicated to the site team.

Coordinate site meetings and maintain meeting minutes and action points.

Follow up with contractors and subcontractors for timely completion of assigned works.

Assist the project team in maintaining quality, safety, and construction standards.

Maintain proper communication between the office and site teams.

Support project managers in planning, monitoring, and closing project activities.
