📌 Job Responsibilities

-Oversee end-to-end business and production operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted workflow.

-Develop and implement operational plans, production schedules, and resource allocation strategies to achieve business targets.

-Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams for seamless operations.

-Monitor daily performance against production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.

-Ensure timely availability of raw materials, manpower, machinery, and other resources.

-Monitor production capacity and machine utilization and address bottlenecks and operational constraints.

-Optimize operational costs, material consumption, wastage, scrap, and rework.

-Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities.

-Manage and coordinate with vendors, job-work contractors, and external service providers.

-Work closely with the Quality team to ensure product quality and required standards.

-Establish and monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics and report results to senior management.

-Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, quality standards, and statutory requirements.

-Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

-Identify operational risks and implement preventive and corrective actions to minimize disruptions.

-Provide strategic operational leadership and drive teams toward organizational goals, customer commitments, and profitability.
