Photoshop Designer

PRO LAB, a professional photo printing and photobook company in Bengaluru, is hiring a skilled Photoshop Photo Editor and Photobook Designer.

The candidate will work on customers’ photographs and create attractive, print-ready photobooks and photo albums using Adobe Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design wedding, family, baby, travel and other photobooks in Adobe Photoshop

• Create clean and visually appealing album page layouts

• Edit, crop, resize and enhance customer photographs

• Perform colour correction, exposure adjustment and skin retouching

• Remove or replace backgrounds and clean unwanted elements when required

• Arrange photographs creatively while maintaining proper spacing and alignment

• Check image resolution, colour quality, page dimensions and bleed before printing

• Follow customer instructions and complete corrections accurately

• Prepare final print-ready files according to PRO LAB production standards

• Manage multiple customer orders and complete work within the given deadlines

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of practical Adobe Photoshop experience

• Good knowledge of photo editing, retouching and album layout design

• Experience in wedding album or photobook design is preferred

• Understanding of layers, masks, selection tools, colour correction and image resolution

• Good visual sense, attention to detail and ability to work accurately

• Basic English and computer knowledge

• Must be willing to complete a practical Photoshop test during the interview

This is an ideal role for candidates with experience in photo studios, wedding album designing, photo labs, digital printing shops or professional photography businesses.
