# Job Title:NBFC Collections Trainer

### Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Collections Trainer to train and develop Collection Executives in collection and recovery processes. The ideal candidate should have strong process knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to improve employee performance through structured training and coaching.

### Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction training for new joiners and refresher training for existing Collection Executives.

- Train employees on collection and recovery techniques, negotiation skills, and customer handling.

- Conduct mock calls, role-plays, and objection-handling sessions.

- Coach employees on Promise to Pay (PTP), payment follow-ups, and effective negotiation.

- Monitor calls and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.

- Identify skill gaps and conduct targeted training sessions.

- Support new employees during the nesting period and ensure they are ready to handle live calls.

- Track training attendance, assessment scores, and employee performance.

- Coordinate with team leaders and managers to improve collection efficiency and process adherence.

### Requirements

- Experience in training, coaching, or collections operations.

- Strong knowledge of collection and recovery processes.

- Experience in NBFC, banking, or FinTech is preferred.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

- Good product and process knowledge.
