MIS Executive

Job Title:* MIS Executive

*Job Summary:*

We're seeking an MIS Executive to design, develop, and maintain advanced Google Sheets for reporting and analysis. You'll work closely with various teams to generate MIS reports, automate workflows, and improve data management.

Excel Certification or good knowledge with google sheets is mandatory.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Google Sheets for reporting and analysis

- Create and optimize formulas (IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS)

- Build dynamic dashboards using charts, pivot tables, and conditional formatting

- Automate workflows using Google Apps Script (preferred)

- Manage data accuracy, validation, and sheet protection

- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams for data requirements

- Import/export data from Google Forms, Excel, and other systems

- Generate MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly)

- Troubleshoot formula errors and improve performance of large datasets

*Requirements:*

- Fresher can apply experiein data analysis and Google Sheets

- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets formulas and functions

- Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

*Nice to Have:*

- Experience with Google Apps Script

- Knowledge of data automation and workflow optimization

- Familarity with other Google Workspace tools
