Qualification-

BE/Diploma- in Mechanical, Automobile Engineering, Mechatronics, Tool and Die Making, Production/Manufacturing Engineering, civil, EC ,EEE,       

Job description

  • Instrument Calibration: Perform lab and onsite calibration of electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic equipment to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of calibration activities, including calibration certificates and instrument history cards.
  • Adjustment & Repair: Adjust, repair, and troubleshoot equipment to meet manufacturer and international tolerances.
  • Method Development: Develop, validate, and document new calibration procedures (SOPs).
  • Quality Compliance: Ensure all procedures comply with regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001 or ISO 17025.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure master standards are maintained and traceable to national/international standards. .etc
