Job Description
Job Title: Loan Origination Executive
Client: Ujjivan Small Finance Bank
Hiring Partner: Ileads (third-party recruitment vendor)
Location: Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Grape Garden, No. 27, 3rd "A" Cross, 18th Main Road, 6th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560095
Employment Type: Full-time, work from office (offline only)
Working Days: 6 days a week. Holidays follow the bank calendar.
Role Summary
Handle the front-end loan origination process: lead sourcing, customer onboarding, document collection and verification, and application login. Coordinate with credit and operations teams through to disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and follow up on loan leads from branches, walk-ins, referrals and campaigns.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, and terms to customers.
- Collect, verify, and organise KYC, income, and other application documents.
- Enter and process applications accurately in the Loan Origination System (LOS).
- Check documents for completeness and compliance. Flag discrepancies.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal/technical teams on query resolution.
- Track applications from login to disbursement and keep customers informed.
- Meet turnaround-time (TAT), quality, and login/disbursement targets.
- Follow bank policy, RBI guidelines, and KYC/AML norms.
- Maintain accurate MIS and records.
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream (commerce/finance preferred).
- 0–3 years in loan processing, sales support, or banking operations. Freshers with good aptitude may apply.
- Knowledge of loan products and KYC/documentation.
- Good communication in English and Kannada/Hindi. Fluency in local language is a plus.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and data entry.
- Attention to detail, and the ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Work Conditions
- Candidate must be available for offline (on-site) work at the Koramangala location. No remote or hybrid.
- 6-day work week, with holidays as per the bank's holiday calendar.
