Laptop Hardware Technician

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in HP laptops.

Perform laptop hardware repairs, replacements, and upgrades.

Identify and replace faulty components such as RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboard, display, battery, motherboard, fan, charging port, and other internal components.

Perform laptop dismantling and reassembly safely and efficiently.

Troubleshoot issues related to power, charging, display, booting, overheating, audio, keyboard, touchpad, and connectivity.

Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and required software.

Conduct hardware testing after repairs to ensure the device is functioning properly.

Maintain proper records of received, repaired, and delivered devices.

Handle customer complaints and explain technical issues and repair requirements clearly.

Follow HP service procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Coordinate with the service team for warranty and non-warranty repairs.

Maintain service tools, equipment, and the work area in good condition.

Ensure customer devices are handled safely and securely at all times.
