About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager with experience in recruitment/account management who can build strong client relationships, manage key accounts, drive business growth, and act as a bridge between clients and internal recruitment teams.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain strong and regular relationships with clients and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Stay in touch with clients on a daily basis to understand their hiring needs and business requirements.

Conduct direct client meetings to understand active requirements and identify new business opportunities.

Work closely with clients to generate active and recurring recruitment requirements.

Drive account growth by identifying opportunities to increase business with existing clients.

Build strong rapport with clients and act as the primary point of contact for account-related matters.

Coordinate effectively between clients, recruiters, and internal managers to ensure smooth execution of requirements.

Monitor recruitment progress, closures, and delivery timelines for key accounts.

Track and manage account margins, retention, revenue, and overall account profitability.

Ensure client retention through consistent engagement, service quality, and timely resolution of concerns.

Prepare and track account performance, business growth, and client engagement metrics.

Resolve client escalations and ensure issues are addressed in coordination with the relevant internal teams.

Candidate Profile

2–3+ years of experience in recruitment, client management, account management, or a related role.

Candidates who have previously worked as a Team Lead in recruitment and have strong client-handling experience can also be considered.

Strong experience in client relationship management and stakeholder management.

Good understanding of recruitment processes and client requirements.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients and requirements simultaneously.

Should be comfortable with face-to-face client meetings.

Strong business acumen with an understanding of margins, retention, revenue, and account growth.

Should be able to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
