We work across branding, packaging, marketing collaterals, business stationery, promotional materials, social media creatives, and print-led experiences. We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is curious, detail-oriented, visually sharp, and excited to learn how great design moves from a screen to the real world.

The RoleAs a Junior Graphic Designer, you will support the creative team in developing designs for both digital and print applications.

This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their design career who wants hands-on exposure to branding, print production, typography, layouts, packaging, and commercial design.

You won't just be designing pretty things. You'll learn to design things that work.

• What You'll DoCreate designs for business cards, brochures, flyers, catalogues, packaging, posters, invitations, signage, and other print collateral
• Develop social media creatives, promotional banners, digital advertisements, and basic marketing assets
• Assist in creating layouts based on client briefs and brand guidelines
• Adapt existing designs across multiple sizes and formats
• Prepare artwork for print, ensuring correct dimensions, bleed, margins, resolution, colour mode, and file formats
• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are technically print-ready
• Make design revisions based on client and internal feedback
• Maintain consistency in typography, colours, imagery, and visual identity
• Assist with mock-ups and basic presentation visuals
• Organise design files, assets, fonts, and final artwork systematically
• Stay updated on current design trends, printing techniques, materials, and creative references

What We're Looking ForMust Have:

• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design; freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Basic knowledge of InDesign/CorelDRAW will be an advantage
• Strong understanding of typography, spacing, alignment, colour, and composition
• Understanding of print specifications and pre-press basics
• Ability to interpret a brief and translate it into a visual concept
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines

• An eye for premium, contemporary visual aesthetics
• Ability to create multiple creative directions from a single brief
