Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural 2D drawings and plans based on project requirements.
- Develop structural drawings and details in coordination with the design requirements.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and construction drawings.
- Create architectural detailing drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and other required details.
- Develop and modify 2D and 3D models for architectural projects.
- Ensure drawings follow project standards, dimensions, specifications, and detailing requirements.
- Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation.
- Work from design concepts, sketches, measurements, and project instructions to produce accurate technical drawings.
- Coordinate with senior designers, architects, and other members of the in-office design team.
- Required Skills
- Good knowledge of architectural drafting and detailing.
- Ability to understand architectural plans, elevations, sections, and structural drawings.
- Strong skills in 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
- Knowledge of relevant design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Rendering softwares.
- Good understanding of architectural and construction details
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Previous experience in architectural drafting, detailing, or 3D modeling .
- Freshers with good software knowledge
