Job Description
HR Manager – Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for all departments and stores.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
- Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee salary-related matters.
- Manage employee performance, probation reviews, appraisals, and promotions.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and workplace issues professionally.
- Implement HR policies and manage disciplinary actions when required.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and applicable labour laws.
- Manage resignations, notice periods, clearance, and full & final settlements.
- Prepare HR MIS reports covering recruitment, attendance, attrition, and manpower.
- Coordinate with store managers and management to maintain employee discipline, productivity, and retention.
