HR Manager

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, CRM, administration, engineering and site teams.

* Handle onboarding, appointment letters, employee records and exit formalities.

* Maintain attendance, leave records and payroll inputs in coordination with accounts.

* Implement HR policies and ensure consistent communication across office and site teams.

* Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters and performance reviews.

* Coordinate training, employee engagement and retention initiatives.

* Oversee applicable HR compliance and maintain relevant documentation.

* Provide regular updates to management on hiring, staffing and employee performance.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR experience.

* Experience in real estate, construction or hospitality preferred.

* Ability to independently manage HR operations and recruitment.

* Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and HR management systems.

* Graduate qualification; MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR preferred.

* Must reside within approximately 30 minutes’ commuting distance of our office in [Office area], Bengaluru.
