Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, and other HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle HR activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

• Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee data.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Support payroll processing and HR administration.
• Handle employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
• Coordinate employee engagement and training activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
