Job Description
WE ARE HIRING – HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Company: Sri Lalitha Tours & Travels
Location: Rajajinagar, Bengaluru
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment of drivers and office staff.
- Employee attendance, leave and salary management.
- Driver duty coordination and staff scheduling.
- Employee documentation and licence validity tracking.
- Office administration and daily operations support.
- Conduct interviews and manage joining formalities.
- Maintain HR records and prepare monthly reports.
- Coordinate with management and resolve employee issues.
Candidate Requirements
- Any Degree / MBA in HR preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Good Kannada and English communication.
- MS Excel and basic computer knowledge.
- Strong recruitment and staff management skills.
- Transport or travel industry experience preferred.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Work Location: Rajajinagar, Bengaluru
