Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs, style preferences, and desired outcomes
• Cut, trim, and style hair using a variety of techniques and tools
• Perform hair coloring services, including highlights, balayage, full color, and color correction
• Provide chemical treatments such as perms, relaxers, and keratin treatments
• Recommend and sell hair care products, treatments, and services based on client needs
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry products through ongoing education
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent service and rebooking
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate client records
• Handle client concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a hairdresser, stylist, or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
• Familiarity with various hair types and textures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
