Graphic Designer

About the RoleARC Document Solutions is looking for a talented and experienced Graphics Designer to join our growing team. If you have a passion for design, experience in the printing industry, and the ability to lead a team while interacting with customers, we'd love to hear from you.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign creative and print-ready artwork for digital printing, offset printing, and signage projects.
• Assign design tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements and provide proofs on time.
• Review and approve artwork before production to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Work closely with the Sales, Production, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure all jobs are delivered within the committed turnaround time.
• Guide, support, and mentor team members to achieve high-quality output.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional service.
• Required SkillsStrong expertise in CorelDRAW (Highly Preferred).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Good understanding of print production, pre-press, colour management, and file preparation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
