About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate Flutter App Developer to join our product development team and help build and enhance our digital healthcare mobile application.

You will work closely with our UI/UX, Product, Backend and QA teams to develop smooth, reliable and user-friendly mobile experiences.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive Flutter screens.
• Integrate REST APIs and backend services.
• Implement login, registration, profiles and user journeys.
• Develop features such as:
• Health assessments
• Digital health records
• Lab reports
• Doctor consultations
• Health programs
• Activity tracking
• OPD/health benefits
• Notifications and reminders
• Integrate Firebase services and push notifications.
• Fix bugs and improve application performance.
• Write clean, reusable and maintainable code.
• Work with the QA team to test and resolve application issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
• Support Android and iOS application releases.
• Work closely with the product team to understand requirements and deliver features on time.
• Required Skills1–3 years of hands-on Flutter development experience
• Good knowledge of Dart
• Experience developing and publishing mobile applications
• Experience with REST API integration
• Understanding of JSON and API handling
• Experience with Firebase
• Knowledge of state management such as Provider, Riverpod or BLoC
• Good understanding of responsive UI development
• Experience with Git/GitHub
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills
• Good to HaveFirebase Cloud Messaging
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Payment gateway integration
• Google Maps integration
• Push notifications
• App Store and Play Store deployment
• Basic knowledge of mobile application security
• Experience working with healthcare, insurance or wellness applications
