About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to build strong relationships with our customers and create an excellent café experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with customers warmly.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage customer loyalty.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Understand customer needs and improve their overall experience.
• Plan and execute customer retention activities.
• Support marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract new customers.
• Track and analyse customer feedback and data.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
• Ensure smooth and positive customer interactions.
