Customer Care Executive

Important Note English and Hindi - Mandatory Candidates must be comfortable handling both customer calls and email support. They should be flexible to work across Voice and Non-Voice channels based on business requirements and should not restrict themselves to only one process. Roles & Responsibilities • Handle customer queries related to the E-wallet process through calls and email. • Assist customers with refund-related queries and provide accurate updates or resolutions. • Support customers with account cancellation requests and explain the required process. • Provide appropriate account-related suggestions and guidance based on customer requirements. • Understand customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely and accurate resolutions. • Maintain professional communication with customers in both English and Hindi. • Document customer interactions accurately and follow the required process guidelines. • Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting quality and service standards. Candidate Requirements • Prior customer support experience is mandatory; candidates with 1-4 months of relevant experience can also be considered. • Good communication skills in English and Hindi. • Comfortable handling both Voice (calls) and Non-Voice (email) support. • Good customer-handling, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. • Flexible to work according to process and business requirements. Salary Details Freshers Experienced Rs. 19,400 in-hand | Rs. 25,000 CTC Rs. 22,400 in-hand | Rs. 28,000 CTC
