CRM Manager

Client relationship

• Be the main point of contact for clients after booking, until handover.
• Build and maintain good relationships so clients stay satisfied and give referrals.
• Respond to calls, messages and emails promptly and professionally.

Post-sales coordination

• Follow up with clients on payments, demand letters and due dates.
• Coordinate the paperwork: agreements, registration and other documents.
• Keep clients informed about project progress, construction updates and handover timelines.

Query and complaint handling

• Record and resolve client queries and complaints, working with the sales, accounts and site teams.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management and follow up until they are closed.

Documentation and records

• Maintain accurate client records, communication history and document files.
• Update all follow-ups, payment status and interactions in the CRM software.

Coordination with internal teams

• Work with the sales, accounts, legal and site teams to make sure client requirements are met.
• Share client feedback with management to help improve service.

Reporting

• Share daily and weekly reports on follow-ups, collections due and pending issues.
• Support events, site visits and client meetings when required.
