Counter Sales Representative

Language Requirements:

Candidates must be fluent in Kannada. As well as , can speak at least one more Language - English or Hindi .

Preferred Experience:

• Prior counter sales experience (inside a shop or showroom) in Consumer Durables, Home Appliances, or FMCG is highly preferred.
• Candidates with showroom sales experience in other product categories are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Communication & Demos: Maintain excellent communication skills and clearly explain product features to customers. Conduct live in-store product demonstrations.
• Sales Execution: Demonstrate strong sales closing skills to meet targets.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the brand and its competitors through continuous self-learning.
• Store Upkeep: Maintain the product display area, ensuring items are clean, organized, and always in prime salable condition.
• Reporting & Email: Draft professional emails and regularly communicate updates to the management team.
• Customer Support: Assist customers with post-sales service requests and coordinate with the service team to resolve any product issues.
• Target Achievement: Plan and achieve monthly brand sales targets for the store.
