Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with strong experience in structural execution and finishing works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, ensuring quality workmanship, and completing works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and execute RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, and structural works as per approved drawings.
• Ensure proper execution of plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, doors, windows, and other finishing works.
• Read and interpret structural, architectural, and construction drawings.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure activities are completed as per the project schedule.
• Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with required quality standards and project specifications.
• Identify site issues, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of defects and snags.
• Check material requirements, usage, and availability at site.
• Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and other required site documentation.
• Ensure proper implementation of site safety practices and project procedures.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and obtain necessary approvals at various stages of construction.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and timely completion of assigned works.
• RequirementsDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in construction site execution.
• Strong practical knowledge of structural and finishing works.
