Job Description – Civil Process Implementer

Position: Process Implementer – Civil Construction

Industry: Residential Construction

Experience: 0– 1Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor standard processes across construction projects.

- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and other departments to ensure process compliance.

- Identify process gaps, delays, and operational issues and recommend improvements.

- Maintain process documentation, checklists, reports, and records.

- Conduct regular site/process audits and follow up on corrective actions.

- Track project activities and ensure timely completion as per defined procedures.

- Support management in improving productivity, quality, and accountability.

- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and provide process updates to management.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.

- Knowledge of residential construction processes and site activities.

- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with civil construction/site experience and strong process-following and coordination skills.*
