Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Relationship Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales. The candidate should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with fluency in Kannada being mandatory.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Handle client interactions, follow-ups, and business negotiations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Explain company services to prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Maintain client records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
