Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to generate leads and drive sales for ConvertBrio's website and software development services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Generate and qualify leads for website/software development projects
- Schedule and support client meetings
- Maintain CRM records and follow up consistently
- Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving growth targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English
- Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline
- Prior sales/BD experience preferred but not mandatory
Compensation: Fixed salary + 5-7% incentive on every closed deal.
