RolesAssistant Business Development Manager (ABDM) / Business Development Manager (BDM)

  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and customers.
  • Conduct customer meetings and project/site visits.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and proposals to achieve order closures.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with technical and internal teams for customer requirements.
  • Develop the local market and identify new projects and business opportunities.

Corporate Marketing Head

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the Ricardo Elevators brand.
  • Plan and manage digital, social media, and corporate marketing activities.
  • Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across markets.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to support business growth and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, content, events, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and marketing performance.
  • Candidate ProfileExperience in Sales / Business Development / B2B Sales / Corporate Marketing preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Target-oriented and willing to travel as required.
  • Experience in Elevators, Real Estate, Construction, or Building Materials will be an advantage.
  • For Corporate Marketing Head, experience in corporate branding, digital marketing, campaign management, and marketing strategy will be preferred.
