Business Development Manager (BDM)

JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who supports the growth and

expansion of a company by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships

with potential clients, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business goals.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong

relationships with clients.

KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain as the main point of contact with clients.

2. Strategic account planning, leveraging our product and service capabilities, driving

profitable business growth.

3. Set sales growth targets with clients and ensure end-to-end accounts.

4. Regular business reviews with key clients to ensure that key performance indicators

are met and strategize to improve KPIs.

5. Identify clients and their community interests and promote the company's unique

selling products and services.

6. Work closely with customer & their internal teams for monthly master business

activities plan & ensure perfect execution.

7. Prepare and present proposals and sales pitches to potential clients.

8. Prepare reports on business development activities and results.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as

part of a team, and experience with sales or business development.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

• Enthusiastic and should be taking initiative.
