Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for motivated B2B Sales Specialists to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and generate new sales opportunities across enterprise and education sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new B2B sales leads through calls, emails, and outreach.
Identify potential clients across corporates, schools, colleges, universities, and institutions.
Conduct client meetings, field visits, and product presentations.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Build relationships with key decision-makers and manage client accounts.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
Manage the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Achieve sales targets and develop long-term business partnerships.
Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Experience in field sales and direct client interaction is preferred.
Target-oriented with good relationship-building abilities.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Immediate joiners preferred.
