Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with 1–5 years of experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry. The ideal candidate should have strong client-handling, negotiation, and closing skills, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up with assigned sales leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key accounts.
• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
• Understand and effectively communicate project details, specifications, timelines, pricing, and basic technical aspects to clients.
• Follow up with prospective clients and ensure timely closure of deals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update customer information in CRM/sales management tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to closure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Be comfortable working on-site and attending client meetings and project/site visits
