Job Title: Bpo customer support
- Experience:Freshers
- Salary: ₹16,000 CTC + Incentives
- Qualification: PUC / Any Graduate
- Location: Rajajinagar
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for pending payments.
- Achieve collection targets.
- Update customer details in the system.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in Collection/Recovery process preferred.
