Job Description
- Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.
- Handle and follow up with prospective property buyers.
- Convert leads into site visits and successful sales.
- Guide and support sales executives in their daily activities.
- Monitor team performance and follow up on pending leads.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel Builders
- Conduct property presentations and explain project details to customers.
- Coordinate site visits and ensure effective customer handling.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track sales activities, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
