Assistant Professor

We are inviting applications for Assistant Professor – Management / MBA Faculty to teach, mentor and support students in management and business-related programmes. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, communication skills and an interest in practical, industry-oriented teaching. Key Responsibilities: Deliver lectures and practical sessions in management subjects; prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials and assignments; conduct internal assessments, examinations and student evaluations; mentor students for academic and career development; support curriculum and course development; coordinate seminars, workshops, industrial visits, internships and student projects; use case studies and real-world business examples; and participate in departmental and institutional academic activities.

Preferred Specialisations: Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, International Business, Healthcare/Hospital Management, Hospitality & Tourism Management, Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Business Analytics and related management areas.

Qualification: MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification from a recognized institution/university. NET / SET / Ph.D. preferred where applicable. Candidates should meet the qualification requirements prescribed for the particular programme/institution. Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and teaching/communication ability may also apply for suitable positions.
