Job Description
Area Sales ManagerExperience: 1–4 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to manage the assigned territory, achieve sales targets, develop customer relationships, and expand the market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage and develop dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with the sales team and ensure proper market coverage.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in sales/business development.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Relevant industry experience will be an advantage.
