About the Role : We are looking for an experienced and versatile Full Stack & Mobile App Developer to join us on a contract, project-by-project basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, building, and scaling high-performance web dashboards, native mobile applications, and real-time backend systems.

Independent Execution: The contractor shall work independently on assigned project modules, technical pipelines, and specific development deliverables.

Project Manager Guidance: All tasks, integrations, and milestones must be executed under the direct guidance, review, and coordination of the designated Project Manager, ensuring adherence to project timelines and architectural standards.

• Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain mobile applications using your expertise in particular tech stacks
• Build responsive, high-performance web frontends
• Design, implement, and optimize scalable backend APIs and real-time communication modules
• Manage and structure relational and non-relational databases
• Ensure high code quality, performance optimization, and seamless integration across web, Android, and iOS environments.

Backend & WebSockets: For Backend candidates, assign a live coding challenge focused on handling concurrent WebSocket connections using Python or Express.js, coupled with efficient indexing in MongoDB and MySQL.

• Project Terms & Application Contract Details: This is a flexible, remote/hybrid contract engagement structured around defined project scopes and milestones.
• Remuneration: Compensation is strictly pay-per-project, determined by the scope, deliverables, and successful completion of designated project milestones.

Breach of any clause in this security bond will result in immediate termination of the contract and forfeiture of all pending project compensation.

In the event of any breach, violation, code leakage, or unauthorized sharing of company assets, the contractor shall be liable to pay back the complete project cost as a punitive penalty / liquidated damages to BirAi Indicore Technologies LLP, alongside strict legal action under applicable laws for intellectual property theft and breach of contract.

This agreement shall be executed on valid stamp paper, fully notarized by a registered legal notary, and subject to the local jurisdictional courts where the company operates.

Government ID Proof Submission: The developer must submit self-attested copies of their Aadhaar Card and PAN Card at the time of signing and notarizing this agreement.
