AI-Enabled Digital Marketing Executive

India Vacationz is looking for a smart, digitally savvy and sales-oriented person who can help us generate direct bookings and reduce our dependence on OTAs.

This is not a traditional telecalling or reservations job.

We are looking for someone who can combine:

Digital Marketing + Lead Generation + Sales Closing + AI + Content Creation + Automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate quality enquiries through Instagram, Facebook, Google and other digital channels

• Assist with Meta and Google advertising campaigns

• Develop ideas for digital campaigns, offers and promotions

• Handle enquiries through WhatsApp, phone, website and social media

• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

• Handle customer objections and close sales

• Upsell room/houseboat upgrades, transfers, activities and packages

• Create engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos

• Use AI tools to create scripts, captions, images, videos and marketing content

• Use tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva and other AI platforms

• Use AI to improve marketing productivity and content creation

• Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated

• Work with tools such as Google Sheets, CRM, Make, Zapier or similar platforms

• Track leads, conversions and campaign performance

• Maintain proper lead and follow-up records

Preferred Skills:

• Meta Ads / Facebook Ads

• Google Ads

• Instagram Marketing

• Canva

• Reel / Video Editing

• ChatGPT / Gemini

• AI image & video tools

• WhatsApp Business

• CRM / Lead Management

• Make / Zapier or similar automation tools

• Google Analytics

• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON or cloud-based tools

Hospitality, hotel, travel or tourism sales experience will be an added advantage.

Important:

We are more interested in practical ability than just qualifications or years of experience.

Candidates who can demonstrate examples of Reels/content created, digital campaigns handled, sales results achieved, AI projects or automations built will be preferred.

Salary & Incentives:

₹25,000–₹30,000 per month + attractive performance incentives.

High performers can earn ₹40,000+ per month through salary and incentives.

The role will be measured primarily on direct leads, conversions, direct booking revenue and overall business results.
