Accounts Executive

1. Accounting Entries

Record all daily transactions such as sales, purchases, expenses, and payments in Tally or ERP.

Maintain general ledger and subsidiary accounts accurately.

2. Invoice & Billing

Prepare customer invoices and verify supplier bills.

o Check purchase orders, GRN, and supporting documents before processing bills.

Payments & Receipts

Handle vendor payments and customer collections.

Prepare bank payments, cheques, and online transfers.

4. Bank & Cash Management

Maintain daily cash and bank book.

Reconcile bank statements every month.

5. Taxation & Compliance

Handle GST input/output entries and filing support.

Assist in TDS deductions and returns.

6. Inventory & Costing Support

Coordinate with stores for material inward and consumption entries.

Support costing team with purchase and expense data.

7. Monthly Closing & Reports

Prepare trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet schedules.

Assist in internal and external audits.

8. Vendor & Customer Reconciliation

Reconcile account statements with suppliers and customers regularly.

9. Documentation & Record Keeping

Maintain all vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents systematically.

10. Coordination with Departments

Work with purchase, production, and HR departments for financial data and reports.
