3D Designer

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented 2D & 3D Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into precise 2D technical drawings, conceptual hand/digital sketches, and high-quality 3D visual models and photorealistic renders using AutoCAD, V-Ray, and Lumion / Unreal Engine (Lumen).

• Key Responsibilities1. 2D Drafting & Concept SketchingPrepare detailed 2D CAD drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and working construction details.
• Produce rapid conceptual sketches (hand-drawn or digital) to communicate design ideas quickly during early-stage brainstorming.
• Assist in site measurements, space planning, and revising CAD layouts based on team and client feedback.
• 2. 3D Modeling & Visual RenderingDevelop accurate 3D models from 2D CAD layouts and sketches using SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent 3D modeling software.
• Apply advanced lighting, realistic materials, and camera setups using V-Ray.
• Produce high-end, photorealistic real-time renders, walkthrough animations, and atmospheric visual scenes using Lumion or Unreal Engine (Lumen).
• Perform post-processing and color correction on rendered images using Adobe Photoshop.
• 3. Collaboration & Project ManagementWork closely with architects, interior designers, and project leads to align visuals with project goals.
• Maintain organized digital drawing files, project folders, and 3D asset/material libraries.
• Present design visuals to internal teams and clients within established deadlines.
• Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in 2D drafting and 3D architectural/interior visualization.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• 3D Modeling: SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Rhino
• Rendering Engines: V-Ray and Lumion (or Unreal Engine 5 / Lumen)
• Post-Production: Adobe Photoshop
• Design Skills: Strong understanding of spatial planning, material textures, architectural lighting, perspective, and color balance.
• Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio demonstrating 2D CAD drawings, conceptual sketches, high-res photorealistic renders, and walkthroughs.
• Nice-to-Have SkillsBasic knowledge of video editing for walkthroughs (Premiere Pro / After Effects).
• Familiarity with Revit or BIM workflows.
