Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) – Job Description
The Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations and ensuring smooth, efficient service. The role includes leading and supervising team members, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, handling customer concerns, managing inventory and wastage, monitoring sales and operational targets, preparing staff schedules, and ensuring company SOPs are followed. The ARM also trains and motivates employees, manages shift activities, supports cash handling, and helps improve overall restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.
