Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our Sales Team for our banking software products designed for Co-operative Societies . The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified sales leads.
• Introduce and explain our banking software products, features, benefits, and solutions to prospects.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into potential customers.
• Schedule product demonstrations and coordinate with the sales team for further discussions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
• Handle customer queries and provide relevant information about products and services.
• Stay updated about product features, market trends, and competitor offerings.

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and confidently close conversations.
• Basic knowledge of banking or financial software is an advantage.
• Good follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets.
