📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Achieve collection & recovery targets

* Visit customers, guarantors & references

* Follow up on overdue/DPD accounts

* Identify default reasons and report to management

* Resolve OD & NPA-related cases

* Maintain updated customer contact & address details

* Handle cash collection and maintain records

* Conduct regular field visits and customer follow-ups

* Reduce non-payment and overdue accounts

💡 SKILLS REQUIRED

* Good communication & listening skills

* Confidence & negotiation skills

* Customer handling ability

* Basic understanding of banking/financial products

* Field collection & recovery skills
