Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and proactive Quality Supervisor who can manage quality activities, handle manpower, coordinate with different teams, and maintain proper documentation and reporting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily quality activities and ensure work is completed as per quality standards.
• Handle and manage manpower, including task allocation and daily work monitoring.
• Lead the team and ensure smooth coordination among team members.
• Monitor quality inspection activities and identify quality-related issues.
• Maintain daily reports, quality records, and documentation.
• Prepare and update reports using MS Excel, Word, and other computer applications.
• Coordinate with management and other departments regarding daily activities.
• Ensure discipline, productivity, and proper utilization of manpower.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients whenever required.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsDiploma / Graduate in any relevant discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in a supervisory or quality-related role.
• Good computer knowledge, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team-handling and manpower-management skills.
• Good coordination, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation.
• Responsible, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of quality inspection processes and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and work under pressure.
